How to
Order
There is a £20.00 minimum order value. When placing your
order please tell us your name and address or account number. You can make you order by e-mail, telephone or fax in each case it would greatly assist us if you could use the product code
numbers provided.
We need to have received your order by 5pm on
Tuesday however meat
orders must be received by 11.00am on Tuesday.
If you
have specific requirements e.g. under-ripe bananas, ripe tomatoes, small
potatoes etc, please tell us and we will do our best.
Sometimes it
may be necessary to substitute an item that is unavailable. Again please tell
us if you prefer no substitutes.
Fruit and vegetables are priced per
kg, or in some cases (e.g. cauliflowers) per item. Meat is priced per kilo.
Payment
All payments must be made to us by debit or credit card.
Debit and credit card transactions are processed on the Thursday once you have
received your order from us.
Claims and Returns
If you find any problem with your order please
let us know immediately. If we agree to accept a product back from you, please
leave the product in a plastic bag the night before your next delivery is due
to arrive from us. Please leave your return in the same place we normally leave
your order for you. Once received we will credit your account and debit your
next purchase less the credit owing to you.
Delivery boxes,
cold containers, Ice Packs remain the property of Body & Soul Organics and
will be charged for if not returned (£1.00, £1.00 and 50p
respectively).
These boxes are costly for us, so please leave them
out for our driver the night before you are due to receive your next delivery
from us. Please leave them in the same place we leave your order for you, or
bring them back to the shop when you collect your next order from us. Delivery
boxes fold flat and are easy to store.
